1274 Sweeten Creek Road Asheville, NC 28803 828 274-8930.
Yesterday, early January 2016, I called Motor Werks German to have my car there to tow service - it wouldn t start following a tip mechanic, I could start the car and bring to their school, where I was greeted in the most friendly manner mechanic - also owner - interrupted his work to test and replace the battery on my Mercedes, then ran checks and makes computer maintenance and done so that the windows work properly - which was done when the car lost all power to say I was pleased with the service would be an understatement that I will be back very soon to regular maintenance and service on my SLK 280.
They're a family business, and don t have a great staff, so that their recovery can be slow, but I was pleased with the work and service they're very nice and fixed my BMW at a fair price, I'll return.
Wow, I was extremely rude with my BMW for 5 years, and have traveled across 4 states, and repaired my car at various independent stores BMW but I regret to say that these guys just are not your hole typical of all, I called several times and left messages, never a call back, despite the voice message said that we will surely return you Secondly, the lady who answers the call was extremely rude rate I quotes were high off the table, I'd better go to a dealer at least they serve coffee cream and ice Finally, when I asked if I could bring my part for repair, they insulted me by asking you go to a restaurant and bring you own food to cook them first of all, quite different things, there are regulations in the culinary world that are not applicable x second car repair, your attitude towards your costumer is horrible Why bother to open a store, I though BMW driver as a-holes, but now I think it applies to some people who have opened a BMW T store hank.
Having just moved to the Asheville area, I was a little nervous about finding a decent shop serving my old MB 560SL I am so happy to have spent German Motor Werks They were knowledgeable, comprehensive and user-friendly, I will definitely use them for the future, I highly recommend repairs.
I have a 01 BMW M5 I love baby I'm an experienced mechanic at home and follow my car regularly; the only time my car is never going to shop is for tire mounting and balancing alignments that I bought a set of high performance summer tire Tire Rack and was shipped to the German Motor Werks because they were listed as a preferred installer, it took me several days to get an appointment, it ended up being in the middle of next week before I could even get to an appointment the mounting balancing took a whole day, which they blamed on too rigid sidewalls that are normal road tires Bridgestone Potenza RE-11's, I do not know why a store that touts as a specialist in German import would be unable to raise the 18 performance tires fast forward a month or two, and I have an apartment in one of my tires, which is covered by tire rack protection against road risks I called German motor Werks, and the Chief Service was completely clue what I was talking she was rude and unhelpful, even condescending when she asked what size tire I need when I told him I thought I needed a 275 35R18, she said that you believe that I was shocked by how useless it was when I was ready to give the shop my company continues when I told him I had to take the other tire that because I didn t feel the shop would help me solve my problem, she hung up Needless to say, I won t be returned, I am active with BMWCCA, and the last event, I understood that I was wrong things about the store my last two experiments confirm that I wish to welcome the German Motor Werks to respond to this review.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I called and left a voice mail message to inquire about the cost of an oil change on my Mini Cooper returned my call, I followed with call a few days later, the employee asked if my car had been serviced by them When I said no, I was told that they no longer take new clients in a Mini Cooper rushed mannerism I asked if there were companies Asheville to which they could refer I rudely told that there are no other companies in the Asheville area as the Mini Coopers service is wrong and that I could go to any lubricant service to get my oil changed in a few shades of fact, if I wanted to go to a service lubricant with my car, I would not have taken the time to research and find their business Don not waste your time if you have a Mini Cooper and your new in the region or to German Motor Werks company are not professional they should update their website to say they are no longer accepting new customers Mini Cooper I have friends and family who drive German cars; however, I refer to the company based on their service and terrible customer unprofessionally Remember professionalism and excellent customer service begins with the first conversation.
German Motor Werks is just great to deal with, taking care of my Mini Cooper Clubman They even took some service bulletins on my car that the dealer missed highly recommended.
German Motor Works always impeccable repairs, Professional on my Mercedes for less than half that dealer would charge I can not recommend more highly.
German Motor Werks is an absolute, which is hard to find these days in the automotive industry and Liz technicians were so helpful with my Mini's greatest asset is that they are reasonable and HONEST my car broke down on the highway on a Sunday and they checked first Monday morning when they took my frantic voice mail when they found him guilty, Liz took me back to the store when they had lifted and my mini m has shown exactly what what was happening there were three possible things that could be causing the problem, and replacing the first didn t solve it; however, it was not the fault of skills or diagnosis of GMW That's just the nature of the beast with Mini Coopers They were able to repair after trying something different, and I do not pay a dime on the quote initial They work the dealer would have charged probably 3000 when all was said and done less than 1 4 that.

I was on vacation in the Asheville area with my kids when contact went on my BMW 3 Series I contacted Motor Werks German and spoke with Liz who was very knowledgeable about cars within hours of the abandonment of the car, they identified the issue was to do with the steering column and offered options for a new BMW part or get a part used to cut costs they quote me a price for the game and the cost of repair at the end of the repair is longer than expected due to some problems with a bolt before but they do not charge extra and kept in the original quote I highly recommend these guys, very friendly and professional Iain.
