Ok, I'll keep a list here of all the sites where you can watch German movies of what the content of television programs, news, someone random stuff created YouTube, etc. In line with a focus on whether free it costs money, it's going to be damned good the goal is to help others who, like me, learning German and believe that the use of popular media such as television broadcasts, music videos, and it's a great way to go about learning a language.
This list will be continuously updated with many new sites as I discover and the people are nice enough to tell me about them by email and the comments section below if you know a good site that is not there, please let me know, I'll give you credit, and REMOVED dead links I found about them.

These are the sites for the broadcasting and television stations based in Germany that offer at least some of the content that they produce online free streaming video format They all have a huge amount of free videos on their site, you can watch plus you might have time to watch if you are not spoiled for choice and can choose whatever interests you and all these videos cover a wide variety of new genres, sports, documentaries, reality TV, TV fictitious different actions flavors, comedy, drama, serials, etc., many children show for learners, weather, etc.

Here are just a few words that I found to be helpful to try to find what you want on the sites below, I put them in alphabetical order to make it easier for you to find the word you are looking for.
Ausland foreign countries or international, usually refers to international news, it is news from abroad View Inland.
Börse literally means the exchange and in this context will refer to the stock exchange and is commonly used as a generic term for the finance or financial news section.
Inland House or domestic, in this context, which means something like domestic news or Home Affairs, refers to news and events inside Germany See Ausland.
Kinder Kids, referring to children's programming.
Mediathek media center, which usually indicates an area on a website where videos and other media to find.
Meistgeklickt Most viewed yes, both this and the average word above most viewed, it is not a typo.
Programm calendar or schedule, which means something like TV guide in this context See Sendungen.
Ratgeber Literally advisor or counselor, in this context, the term refers in general life advice and indicates a station or a portion of a web site station TV with such programs, eg cooking, home improvement, health, fitness, medicine, travel, etc.
Sendungen This means that programs, such as performances This is probably what you want, find it in the top menu bar, it usually ll a drop down menu with a list of all their programs shows Note that programm usually refers a calendar of upcoming shows what we would call a television guide to be used by people in Germany so they know when to tune to watch something they want to see is not what you want, programm doesn t mean television shows as we know it in English, it is more like the calendar or schedule.
Sportschau sports show literally refers to the sports genre.
Staffel literally means Echelon Squadron or rung but in this TV context shows that this means that the Americans call a season and Brits would call a number, e g Season One or Two series, Episode 4, etc.
