Kings Park was a Perth icon for many years and has become more and more over time There are many playgrounds for children to run around and have fun and peaceful spots for a barbecue with family or just enjoy a summer evening overlooking the lights of Perth There are also a couple of nice, although a bit expensive, including Frasers restaurants that are quite nice and if you can not afford to eat in them there are a few other cafes or kiosks that offer a cheaper alternative.
In summer, there is nothing better than sitting on the hill overlooking Perth and share a drink with your partner and many a proposal was made on the grassy slopes of Kings Park.
