KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany 21 command Theater Sustainment identified the U S soldier killed in the wreck of the military convoy Tuesday on the autobahn near Bamberg as Spc Bernard Hill Jr.

Bardo Backert, the prosecutor in Bamberg German leader said Thursday he could not give more details about the accident because of the ongoing investigation, he plans to take about two months.
The truck driver could face probation or up to five years in prison, according to the results of the investigation, said Backert.
