My experience with the German Autohaus was great They have me a price for the resolution of problems with my car and I were very courteous n not feel that I put to use all that I recommend to anyone looking defiantly to have their vehicle maintained.
Greg and Brett are great, I just moved to Chattanooga from California and scramble to find workmanship at a fair price for a lot of things German Autohaus completed the work for me on my Porsche Cayman exceeded expectations, I recommend them to anyone who is tired of working with the dealership for repairs on your import cars they saved me money and time as well.
This is one of the best mechanic shops I've ever been to I don not have to fear that some expensive repairs leave me Blindsided These guys know every trick in the book BMW customized spare parts which are metal instead of plastic and costs a fraction of the price to know what is still covered by the 25-year guarantee of safety and can be fixed by the dealer for free, Brett has proven his knowledge and reliability more times than I can count, I trust them with the car from the track of my grandmother Just kidding, my grandmother doesn t run Beemers These guys are complete and do a good job every time.
The German Autohaus guys go beyond for the customer service I recently had work done to my E61 They did a nice job on the undercarriage They made me a huge solid and urged me to repair my car because they knew I was stuck without one he drove beautifully they also try not to replace unnecessary parts and you get the best deal they are really passionate about what they do clearly what is although Brett's great to have talk with Greg car is fine too, I certainly will be next time I need work done.
They made my BMW is getting old and has a ton of miles on it, but it runs great every time I refuel I get a fire gas cap warning Of course, I check the cap and it is good when I go to the store they replace the cap and make me pay even the dealer replaced the hat and asked me lots to so I learned to ignore it but now every once in a while I get a fire Hey check engine - I got 208,000 miles on it the last guy I took my car to be replaced a and the light didn t go so they replaced B and C. He said that obviously, B and C were bad and here's your bill for the last time I stopped by Autohaus I asked sarcastically if they knew how to solve beyond the idiot light they just smiled and we had a great discussion the computer told them to replace but D pous sé beyond they proved that D has worked and kept checking Apparently, they found that I had a remote vacuum leak that binds somehow in the steam recovery system and gas cap actually just replaced which was broken, I refueled three times since and for the first time ever in the gas cap warning light has not come on Thanks again guys.
