We left Los Alcazares on Sunday after 5 nights and made our way down the coast to 160 km Camper area in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park for one night.
Monday we traveled 160 kilometers away Camping El Pino in Torrox Park which is about 7 km west of Nerja and 20 km from Malaga.
Here we met Gerard, who was on the same ground last year and we managed to ourselves not on site the last few years.
We went yesterday with Ron and Julie Taylor in their car at a shopping center in Velez Malaga, then last night to take a drink in the bars just outside the campsite It rained all day and night.
They left this morning and are on their way home, with a one week stay at a campsite near Vera then a few days in Benidorm before heading for the ferry to Dieppe.
Ron must return to Yorkshire for a cataract operation at Barnsley Hospital CEO later this month.



We probably will go up the coast Monday to camping near Mar Azul Almerimar for 5 nights, then in Aguilas for a week where there is a MCC meeting to be held for a few days while we are there.
We stopped in Campello Beach Area Camper Wednesday to Sunday morning Managed to catch the bus to Alicante Thursday with Bob margin Rainworth that are on the campsite near El Jardin.
We went to a tapas bar called Tapa-Cana where they came around with tapa plates on boards, wooden dishes Prizes 0 90 and they counted when it came to pay costs about 34 for four of us, including a couple of drinks each.
Friday noon we took the tram with them at the Asian restaurant Wok Shushi and had a great buffet with lots of choices as well as seafood, fish, meats and vegetables that you took at the counter to the head coo for you a bit like Flaming dragon in Nottingham The only disappointment was there was no soup, so not sure hot for me.
We called Terry Rita s Daya Nueva on Sunday and went for lunch roast Sunday Imanyo s in the village that I had too much on my plate so could not manage a pudding, even apple pie on the offer.



Sunday night we failed to get on the motor home in San Fulgencio Aires because they were full and had to park on the road behind for the night with a campervan German No problem at all.
Monday saw us arrive at the campsite Lo Monte Pillar de la Horadada which is a great site, but we could not do it one night.
Had an altercation with a German car driver we leave us because I could not get through the barrier that the reception had to open and gesticulating complain that I lock gave him two fingers and salvation he tried to cut me up the wrong way round the roundabout, so I gave him a joystick and full of gas mouthfull just stop some of it.
We are now on Camper Area Los Narejos in Los Alcazares without electricity available It takes more than 100 motorhomes and there must be at least 20 massive German ships here Concord.
Steve Blod the Spanish MCC group are visiting today and have lunch with us.
John Louise the same group arrive Thursday with their MH for a few days and they live only 20 km on the road.



January 11, 2017 - Canterbury New Dover Road Camper Stop, Christmas carols anniversary.
We could not take the road in Spain quickly.
January 12 - The Arch Bridge area again but a different route to Spain via Orléans, Limoges and Toulouse.
January 13, 2017 - Fromental area, north of Limoges.
Just us on the camper in a playground, free electricity, waste disposal water.


The parking lot filled 1730hrs because there was something happening in the door to the office next Mayor, emptied about 2300hrs.
I woke up the next morning to a blanket of snow on the ground and the camper.
January 14, 2017 - Coussa near Pamiers South of France.
Suzi Robin's house where we spent two nights.
We left Robin and Suzi from home and went traveling through Andora, but 60 km on the snow-covered road, we were turned away by the police in Ax les Thermes, because the road was impassable due to heavy snowfall and it would be 2 days before the reopening.



We had to turn around and re-trace our route as far as Foix which cost us at least 2 hours, plus many more miles on our trip that we had to drive through Carcassonne and Perpignan.
16th January 2017 - South Bellvie Barcelona area.
After less than 3 weeks at home, we're back on the road again to travel 84th FICC Rally in Ponte de Lima in northern Portugal.
Our trip started Wednesday, July 20 in the section Park Road Canterbury New Dover tower motorhome area.



Since crossing into France, we made our way through Spain and this morning in Portugal, and led to only 30 km from the South on the rally site.
We stayed in France include Heuderbouville south of Rouen, Villedomer North Tours and Nersac south of Angouleme.
From there we crossed into Spain in Irun and stayed the night in San Sebastian west and inside we had nights Borges, Leon and Monforte de Lemos before arriving here.
It's been hot, hot, hot all the way to Ponte de Lima to about 33 C this afternoon Maverick the cat feels the heat too if we have a fan blowing on him, as he sprawls on the floor in front of my driving seat.



We relax when preparing for the rally to seriously start the morning.
