TUESDAY 12 th November 2013, we received the sad news that John Kimber-Cook had died, and another link with the early days of MG was lost.
John was well known to all lovers of MG, both at home and abroad, she was an ambassador, not only for GM, but for his father, Cecil Kimber, who was, of course, the founder of MG .
John grew up in a world that we can only dream of, when the car was so different, it would still be so enthusiastic about her father, whom she adored, reciting memories of time at Brooklands, and meet personalities from MG time, as Goldie Gardner, George Eyston and Lord March, the future Duke of Richmond and Gordon.
