How to read the signs of German parking and no parking sign

Guide for Refugees: Basic signs

On this page I will try to explain the meaning of different signs attached to the signs of typical German car you will find throughout Germany and around Berlin.
I'll start with a rather complex combination of different signs that you may find in a typical average street in Berlin, I must also admit took me some time to read and I'm not 100 as I understand it it means that we will start the very top of the panel and our way down because that's how these signs are intended to be read Let's go.
A typical Berlin parking No Parking sign Photo.
First and foremost a red circle on a blue background with two red bars or through the circle means No Parking The small white arrow pointing to that direction the picture is taken from the place that the sign is for the sign means to apply this management The two red bars mean not only no parking but also include not stop you normally would not even be allowed to stop, for example to let someone or car.

The second sign Mo Fr 7 17 pm means that the sign above is only valid from Monday to Friday 7:00 to 5:17 p.M. Pm Although Germany is not Uhr another hour the time is used to indicate that the figures are for the good times.
The third sign said Be- und Entladen Ein- und frei Aussteigen Wow so you can actually stop here and load or unload your car or let people jump on or off is a bit strange, but good news, especially if you want just choose something or someone, but in my opinion it does not contradict somehow the two red bars crossing the red circle well.
The fourth sign refers to the actual parking position afaik crossed-out car in a white street means that the No Parking refers to the parking bay next to the street, I'm not 100 sure, but in this context, it would be the only thing that makes sense.
The white P on a blue background is probably familiar indication for the parking area so outside the hours mentioned above is actually a lot of legal parking Thus, for example after 17 hours, you can park your car but do not forget to move before 7 am the next morning within the week.

Again the sign below the P is an extension of the panel above Parkschein mit oder für Bewohnerparkausweis Zone 41 MB En 17 24 9 24 The In detail this means.
Monday to Friday between 17 pm and midnight and on Saturday between 9 pm and midnight, you will either have to buy a parking ticket Parkschein or parking area for residents Ticket 41 Bewohnerparkausweis visible on the screen.
On the other hand, this means from midnight to 7 an m by it is free to park here and Sundays you can park here without tickets until Monday morning Greatness.
