Been here two or three times for BMW parts Ok results a time, part of simple replacement, but not so good recently when I needed something more complicated They had the part I needed, a set of rear light for my 94, I went to have it installed and the mechanic noted the part was defective - something unfortunately I hadn t spotted and really wouldn t know what to look for anyway - it was not obvious to t first, they accused me of having caused the fault, would only give a store credit, no refund I found a much better source cheaper, and they offered the install free of charge now that's customer service I need a store credit-- I will not come back.

OK just got a hold of 1998 BMW 740iL and was able to find all the misc parts that were missing although I think they may be on the more expensive side, it was not that bad and quality parts were great surely the best value for your dollar.
Allen is a nice and helpful guy my headlight was out so I went to Autozone to buy a new bulb Since the guys at the store did not know how to replace I decided to go to Horizon and let replace They took a look at it and found that the bulb was good, but the connection was out there guys were helpful and solved the problem in a day and my car was like new, I will definitely return for all services in the future.
