A 330i June 2 of that year had 225HP and ran the same 0-60 I'm not sure about the weight differences bw both cars, but I can not see it being that I'm sure a G35 has a power to weight ratio of advantage, but it doesn t show in acceleration time.
And a quarter-mile trap speed are similar draw, I would say that German powertrains may be more effective.
