I t was not in a hurry to get it fixed and I told them to please make sure they understand what the exact problem is because I can not afford to pay for things I need when I n my 2006 3 series because it wouldn t start was told that the starter and battery need to replace what had not been the problem of all I went to pick up the car and drove 3 blocks and car died in the middle of the intersection and I had to have the jump and push it halfway back to the shop No sorry, nothing they spent another day looking just to determine that there was a little corrosion on the battery connection cables, which solved the problem, I talked to two BMW dealerships about it and they told me that if there would have spent a bit of time than they would have diagnosed the problem instead of going to the most expensive road starter had no problem at all and a simple test would have told them that I was not offered a discount or even a simple apology and accused ee total for the starter and the battery and the work won t be took my car here and I strongly suggest you stay away.
Great experience with David and his team My 2005 Audi failed a smog test due to a problem of systems and these guys have an incredible rotation time for the necessary parts and solve this problem easily solved They also d other problems that have been annoying me for years Really great to deal with the initial inspection, estimation and call when you're ready, I recommend very strongly.
This place is awesome since I found German Car Service I Always take my BMW here, they're professional, knowledgeable, fair and trustworthy What can you ask a mechanic with great mechanical shadow there this place is a breath of fresh air.

Do not recommend this shop for those with VW van Vanagons You will be put on hold to stay for a week or two in their shop that freedom with the same problems David Bruno was rude and condescending t any help with diagnosis power steering rack failed his store installed My experience was the ultimate nightmare with this shop this shop is criminal and deserves to be put in jail for what they are trying to go out with I kept giving them the benefit of doubt, but remained extremely disappointed and treated badly the worst nightmare of a women Fulfill men who take advantage and offer inadequate repairs Stay away, I read past reviews before give this shop a trial and should have listened.
I take my 2004 BMW 325 in 2 years, David and the guys are great David was great to deal they get my car and quickly usually on the same day, it's been thorough in telling me what the problems are and give me everything the price up front, and get the job done in the estimation During my last visit, one of the techs noted that there was an extended warranty from the factory that had been added by BMW to cover the gas tank of the problem I felt David had me go to a dealer where the problem in 1500 was indeed covered by the guarantee of good honest guy, friendly, prompt and thorough.
They claim to be cheaper than the VW dealers but they are not working their rates are ridiculous and they still quote you so be prepared to pay 25-35 more then what was quoted screw these guys and David arrogant that works there.
I take my BMW X5 German Car Service for the past 7 years, I think they run their business with integrity and genuine care for their clients, they always seem to take the extra time to find the best and most cost effective solution I found myself to be in the store when they were trying to rescue another customer to replace an expensive side mirror Audi Bruno stopped at a business locally glass mirror on her way to give me a ride home to see if they could possibly reface the side mirror and save the customer to replace the service is above and beyond They took good care of me and excellent care of my car over the years, I have recommended them to friends who are very happy too.

They very friendly, honest, thorough, finished the job in a day and were more than 1,000 cheaper than other BMW held in the city culver I highly recommend.
