Personally, I endured very disappointing experiences with First Call They broke the usually bit by the apparent neglect, lost rarities costly and precious, are prone to send coarse steep texts or emails if you get a reply at all and reduced my wife to tears on at least two occasions due to problems and repeated failures with both cars, we trust them with four of our cars in total, so I speak with some authority here.
They trusted W124 300TD with my wife who has since been kept elsewhere and now grows much more essential for the transportation of our four children in separate schools, the wife of my son Clio they use for work, is now kept elsewhere, and more worryingly, I also trust in both my personal pride and joy of a Brabus S124 E3 6-24V and a Mercedes-Benz W124 E280, now need to be re-restored and repaired elsewhere that until more repairs due to malfunction problems were outside vandalized while first local calls, and a lot of other cars as customers, they have denied responsibility, despite promising to keep them safe inside the unit to us and left us the considerable costs of repairs to bear, which just adds insult to injury.
They charged us a small fortune over the past two years, thousands of which turned out to be a service sub-standard Diesel my breaking woman repeatedly down, problems with the Clio, the Brabus breaking little on the M5 after having a cheap an important service by them, the E280 functions as a bag of nails immediately after an important and expensive service by them, etc. It's been a nightmare.
We are nice patient, polite, understanding, easy, ordinary people, who always paid our bills on time without quibble, etc. So I really do not think we deserved this appalling treatment, shameful and disrespectful They were nice as pie at first when Scott was working on his own harrowing his garage at home and put fliers under car windshield to try to find work, and as I am a sucker for anyone setting up a new business and we really liked him, we gave him a test with over 1000 paid dollars working in cash on collection but when they moved to a new intelligent unit, the bills began to get really big and cars just never ran right, and as suckers mad we went back for more repairs for new additional problems.



It's all been terribly disappointing, because we have been a customer since they opened both my personal car my pride and joy were left in a shocking state, which will cost a fortune to put right as they are currently in a state Moreover undriveable and now awaiting restoration.
Apparently, I gave First Call too much work to do on my car which meant they did none of them seems I'm too picky, as I want my car just so I thought it ' was a good customer not a problem, as I have always paid in full without quibble.
Before using First Call, Brabus has been fully restored and presented in the Mercedes magazine Passionate, shown at the Bristol Car Show and Southwest Motoring Festival and won awards that I restored the car to show the standard over three years, spared no expense, and with the invaluable assistance of an excellent specialist car restoration in North Somerset, County Cheltenham Brabus and Brabus Germany.
