Burglary in Stockport suburb see luxury German cars stolen from outside houses.
Police are investigating links between a series of break-ins in a leafy suburb where German cars Stockport luxury worth $ 75,000 were stolen.
The thieves sneaked into a house on Green Pastures, Heaton Mersey some time between Wednesday 11 and Thursday 30 am to 8 15am.
A ground floor window was left open and the keys to a Mercedes Benz 20000 V180 money were taken before the car was driven.



That same morning, a family returned home on the road to Cavendish, Heaton Mersey, traveling far to find their BMW 420 worth 25 000 had been stolen.
A window had been forced open some time between the early hours of 10 October and 7 40am Thursday.
The thieves used the method of hook and cane fish key to a brand new Mercedes C220 - value 30,000 - in the early hours of 10 October in a mailbox to another house Heaton Mersey.
Police have appealed for witnesses to all burglaries and seek to determine whether the same gang is responsible.

An unrelated burglary saw thieves break in Burnage Rugby Club Battersea Road, Heaton Mersey, between October 10 to 18 hours and 12 October to 7 am 30.
Crooks cut the lock of a storage container and stole power tools, including a nail gun, chainsaw router and a total value of 1,650.
