I must say that it is the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've ever had and I'm over 50 Alex has a nice selection of German cars, I kept my eyes on a beautiful convertible CLK It was visually perfect but I wanted to make sure it was mechanically sound I recently burned on a trip to Chicago to buy a used 500SL, he encouraged me to take it to my mechanic to have verified that it does it there were some minor things fixed problem without Alex I had the car for more than a month and were twice stopped by strangers who think it is new does not hesitate to go back to Alex and Autobahn Motors in the future.

I wanted to take a minute to evaluate my most recent experience at Autobahn Motors USA As you can see, I gave it the highest rating My last purchase experience was a smooth process from start to the end Specifically I would like to give praise to the owner and seller, Alex was polite and professional without being aloof - he listened to my needs I never got the impression he wanted to sell me a car to the inventory if it not meet my needs, I did not walk in late on a week night with the intention of starting with a new vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Alex about my situation - at the time, my family growing - more willing I became to buy his 22 years of knowledge and experience in the automotive sector far exceeded an experience that I found at other local dealerships his approach was relaxed but Careful, I felt never pressed me to take a fact decision, I felt better able to make a decision before I entered After a few weeks of Hom Telework and shopping around, it became increasingly clear that Autobahn Motors USA was where I wanted to take my business not once I feel like I have to channel my hardcore negotiator After many hours of test drives research and hassle, Alex found a quick and painless to make a work a lot to me that was right for both of us I was driving off the field with all the usual excitement that comes with buying a new car, but the knot in my stomach that comes with wondering whether or not I had made the good decision, I could not ask much more than that I not only leave me Autobahn Motors USA in my VW Touareg fully loaded, but I also left with my DIGN ity still in tact Alex Thanks for your patience, to stay late and for your continued monitoring after the sale Sincerely, Ridley.

My husband and I have been in the hospitality industry and, by default, have high standards for how companies should shouldn t make EVERYONE at Autobahn displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic which is sadly these days are rare, but not here our experience of buying a nice car Autobahn EXCEEDS all expectations the level of customer service - to walk in the door to drive in our new car was above what we have ever known and he didn t stop there though we bought our car without a warranty, a small problem after the purchase took place, but was immediately treated to our satisfaction that I feel everyone will Autobahn beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied with the whole process 100 Honestly - I can not wait to buy another car Autobahn.
