Joe Payne wrote the most efficient and courteous store I've ever seen for over a year, I had a problem with my VW Beetle 1999 and think because no one at the Knoxville dealer would be diagnosed correctly, I bought a new transmission rebuilt If you have had this problem please contact Rich Berry My transmission began to change irradically sometimes hesitant and finally not engage in 4th gear I had the dealer check the fluid level, etc. And paid them a fairly large amount of money Finally a new transmission was diagnosed I bought a transmission with 40,000 miles with a 90 day warranty from a company recommended by a mechanic reputable and it was installed Actually after about a month, he began to act the same way if I had another drive installed, must therefore pay for the work about 6 mo is later, it all happened again I could not believe it, I looked all around and finally found Eurotech and Rich Berry I said my fate and he said give it a COU PLE days he Volkswagen found a technical bulletin that said transmission unit located above the VW transmission had been known to go bad, but not only replace 60 00 unit but the entire bundle of cables would be necessary I said lets try the unit itself and the fact has worked well, except for a slight hesitation between 2 and 3 but cleared completely after two weeks Some say that the computer must relearn the circuit or something techy as it was two months and my VW is working great fingers crossed please consider this shop for your future import for I highly recommend it need excellent rating shop recommended date of February 21, 20 08.
