Historic Racing and Sports Car HSRCA Association, in collaboration with the Australian racing drivers Club ARDC, is proud to present a brand new classic racing event in 2014 Sydney Retro Speedfest.



To be held at Sydney Motorsport Park the weekend of May 3 to 4, 2014, Retro Sydney Speedfest is set to showcase the best of classic race cars with a fun atmosphere, the festival that everyone can enjoy.
Sydney Retro Speedfest will provide a unique opportunity to see the precious metal that has contributed to the golden age of motorsport Australia The long list of exquisite cars include sports cars of the 60s and 70s, including Porsche Corvette, Alfa Romeo, Austin Healey and LGM Matich classic sports racing cars, Elfin, McLaren and Lola, and super-fast open wheel Ferrari, Brabham, Lotus, Elfin, Ralt and Chevron.
The Speedfest also celebrate the ever popular sedans, the 60 and 70 cars such as Mustangs, Camaros, and Toranas Minis, heritage cars that wowed the crowds at Bathurst 70s to early 90s fans can expect to see the legendary cars of that era, including Commodores, Falcons, Skylines, Sierras, BMW, corollas and more.
And not to forget will be the most competitive Formula Fords and Formula Vee threatening, always guaranteed to provide exciting slipstreaming and lots of passing.
This event will allow enthusiasts to enjoy first-hand the spectacle and excitement of the climax of the classic race, and there will be entertainment for all family members, said Peter Schell of HSRCA.



ARDC CEO Glenn Matthews accepted the CRDA celebrated 60 years in 2012. We came from the race of the conventional base, and what better way to celebrate a festival of this nature.
The paddock will be open and free to all ticket holders, allowing a close and personal experience of the cars, crews and atmosphere that makes a classic race this fantastic spectator sport.
In a speed festival, racing cars are the stars, but the Sydney Retro Speedfest also include a static display of rare pearls of many of the best motoring clubs, the opportunity to experience a simulator race, and a chance to win a lap in a race car.
