Porsche accuses a fatal car accident on Paul Walker driver Roger Rodas.
The driver was at fault in the accident of fire of a Porsche sports car that killed actor Paul Walker in California in 2013, and not design flaws with the car, the lawyers for the German automaker said this week .
Walker was a passenger in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT driven by Roger Rodas, who lost control of the vehicle before it struck trees and a utility pole in Santa Clarita, northwest of Los Angeles, killing two men .
Rodas's widow filed a lawsuit against the North American unit of Porsche AG last year, alleging negligence and wrongful death, among other claims.
Paul Walker and Roger Rodas s died in a Porsche car accident in November 2013 said Rodas, who was driving, was responsible for the fatal accident.
