James Corden Billboard Gets His
James Ruppert The German automotive industry - My part in his victory.
It's then that I blogged here, so first of all apologize You know how it is too much to do, not enough time to do this any good, though, because the last thing you want to me is a diatribe on the roads of the UK or their drivers or yet to hear another lousy shed I just bought in the interest of saving money.
Anyway, enough of this navel-gazing and the point of this blog.
Some of you already know I've been a fan of the work of James Ruppert since joining the CAR magazine in the mid 80s to give a new used car approach I d go as reports far as to say that a hodgepodge of like- minded writers were inspired by James to take the same approach and in doing so change the way used cars are treated in the automotive press, I count myself certainly among these people and I am pleased to recognize James excellent work over the years.
This why it was a pleasure to receive a copy of James last book, The German automotive industry My part in his victory in the mail a few days ago, he Sá smart responses to the book he put a ago few years, the British automotive industry My part in his Downfall and you can imagine what it will be like in the title.
Like the previous book, Sá bit of a biopic since James takes his personal experiences as a seller BMW West End in the 80s and applies to the relentless progress of the products of this country in the UK each chapter devoted to a particular market sector, but focused on a particular product, such as the Volkswagen Golf for the middle market and, well, we know how good they have been, are and will be.
Overall, I must say that the book had a lot of fun, too Bite size chunks of personality pepper content, which makes this book even more enjoyable to read Want to know how James entered journalism car Maybe try and understand what music he plays in this eponymous period in time always wanted to see what life in the doggie world eats Yuppie-powered BMW sales step this way.
The new book production values are higher than the last, and it is clear that James spent more time to polish the content, so you can buy without fear of a Sunbeam while waiting horizon, if you catch my drift.
The book is a great laugh and so I read it in one sitting with coarse interruption birds singing their song of dawn to the end of the last chapter Buy and enjoy.
