This is an update of an original post that I made on February 23, 16 They tried to repair a cold start problem and could not solve the problem After three unsuccessful attempts, instead of quickly return payment we had to go through a credit card dispute I won the dispute, but it took some effort Here are some notes 1 they have been through the credit card dispute process several times before all obviously, because they do not have the expertise to repair my German car they knew exactly what to say to the company credit card and my credit card company actually ruled in their favor that I had to take to the next level and pin their legally guaranteed announced to hold them accountable 2 the whole process has 6 months, they made excuses and reasons to delay the process as much as possible, I cro is that their business model is dragging questions like this as much as possible until the customer gives up to 800, it really wasn t worth my time, but I'm angry and I could not let these thieves st EAL my money without a battle If they were going to steal my money, I wanted to make sure they actually earn 3 Here are the actual documented excuses they claimed excuse 1 - the car was actually set ; the customer must provide proof that he has not been fixed, I rejected this excuse because their 4th diagnosis must have an additional reprogramming necessary Excuse 2 - they claimed to have made a verbal offer to pay for reprogramming at the dealership but the customer declined the offer THIS iS a LIE OTHER it was closed by my offer to take the car to the dealership for final Excuse reprogramming 3 - they would not fix an appointment with the dealer but only offering pay me This was rejected by me they finally made the appointment after ia proposed to take to arbitration Excuse 4 - they made the appointment, but refused to pay in advance, they wanted me to I would agree to end the conflict if they agreed to pay in advance, I reminded them that they failed 3 times, and that if they failed again, I will still require minimal padding Full ment They finally agreed to a full refund without reprogramming at the dealership That was in May, a month after 5 Full rep their failure to ventilate my car after the agreement, I always had to send emails documented, delays and warnings of legal action before they return my payment in June delayed full month of 6 full months they are very good at lying They know lie and new clients coil, and how to lie and work process Don t let dispute wasting your time, take another place.
