These guys are the best that I returned to Ann Arbor in California and we need to get the timing belt replaced I literally called the day before I left for my road trip they up the next morning and my car was good to go by the time I got off work the same day they are as honest and one of the few places in Ann Arbor that adhere to standards the mechanical work standard hours for a timing belt 2 5:00 I called more than a dozen other places in Ann Arbor and got estimates from 3 pm until 7:00 Bernard told me they only charge according to standard and if it takes over time, it's our problem, not yours I did in California safe and I owe it to these guys, I have positive things to say about my experience Bernard is the man.
Took my volvo there to repair a starting problem and had to bring it back 3 times separated They kept the car more than a week at every opportunity and never repaired the original question made me pay 00 500 to repair a part that was not the cause of the Find another problem from mechanic.
HORRIBLE recommended me this place because they have been working on Audis I had a fire engine and check from time to time my car would die and not reboot the said code I had a fuel pressure problem they charged me 100 for connecting a code that AutoZone player was free and was told the same thing those guys did Autobahn says I need a steering angle sensor, but I could live without him because it was so expensive to replace they said they have tested the fuel pressure and it was fine if it is good, then why is the code yet come to is that there is something wrong After recovering my car and drive, I noticed my cruise control does not work I called and they said bring it back and we will check out When I got bored obviously watched the owner he said he could not get in immediately because he had beauc oup other cars in front of me, I told him he was working fine when I arrived because I used it on the road and now it does not work so I would be grateful if to watch and not make me w Wait for it to finish all the other cars that I leave the car parked outside his office when I returned three hours later, the car was exactly the same place hadn t been moved an inch, he said we checked the car and we can t find anything wrong Seriously I said you inspected the steering column and now my cruise control Coincidence won t work he gave me the attitude I'm angry and asked for my money, we said, and he told me to get the hell out of his office the technician heard arguing and came out to talk with me, he spent 20 minutes re-inspect the check engine light scanner and told you have a cruise control fault I asked if the fault was there before and he said, I do not know, I never checked what the hell do I pay when I ask for the check engine light to diagnose, d d you think they do a good job and go through the 18 subsystems check engine light with the analysis tool When a check engine light comes on her little just for the motor It coul d be anything on the electrical mechanical car All the technology was told to do was to check the fuel pressure and the traction control light was on I went to the repair shop because they specialize in German cars I had the fuel problem after I left when the car is at normal operating temperature and I turn off the car engine will not restart until the engine has cooled for about 20-30 minutes, I then found after going to the dealer, who hate to o, the fuel pump inside the tank went wrong, but this guy said good, it is nice chat me left stranded on the way back to Chicago, I have never been treated by a repair shop like this one hole treated me They checked the steering angle sensor in the steering column, then my cruise control works wouldn t If my right rear tire had fallen postscript I would have said okay, not related at all but to be so rude and inflexible that they had done nothing wrong and even double-check or even look at the car when I brought back was incredible the technician was pretty cool when I asked for my money, he offered me a free oil change, I told him that I appreciated it, but I wanted nothing more to do with the owner never I do not think re mboursant my 100 is a kit to ask when all they did was plug in a scan tool and read some codes and even do a complete job of this stay away from this place they are not German car specialist the recognition, so nice and try to help, was not a specialist in German car of some kind, I did they same thing with a code reader 50 I want these guys to their expertise in the diagnosis of what these specific codes for.
Very professional and excellent service I took the car because it wouldn t start, it was the only place that was convinced they could do to me before the weekend, everyone was either booked or said I actually drove perhaps another mechanic who had said they might be able to get me, when I called here and they said no problem if I turned around and drove here the mechanic was very cool and even if he was working on another car, he went to mine and tested the battery and understood the problem I'm probably saved me 4 days to wait because he took a look and sets No everyone has a quick fix, but I'll definitely come back.
I take all my cars to Bernard Autobahn for at least 5 years or more now Bernard is honest and can quickly resolve It also fixed all the problems in one day if I have to leave my car at night, he take me home and bring me back the next day to pick up my car today, I had a flat tire on my BMW downtown and called him, he was there in 15 minutes to help me he removed the wheel, brought him back his store and he went and got the tire to the correct size, put it on the wheel, and brought him back to my car downtown and installed the rear wheel on my car it did all these in less than an hour it is the service at its best, you can not get service like this AAA same city in person Whether you import or a local, I recommend Bernard to anyone who needs a good mechanic.
I own a 2009 Volkswagen GTI I try to do most of the work on my own car, but I had a problem with the rear rotors and Bernard was able to secure a very reasonable price, I am extremely satisfied with their Service from all car repair shops in town, I highly recommend Autobahn engineering, Bernard certainly knows what he's talking about.

Wow A real gem for auto repair in Ann Arbor honest, friendly, accurate, affordable and extremely well I brought my Mercedes-Benz E-Class I did not want to pay a fortune to the Mercedes dealership, but wanted first class mechanical top to work on my car I totally found with Corky and his staff of mechanics to Autobahn for all time that I have been put to use in auto repair shops throughout the years, these guys made up and be my only repair shop go ahead I had a repair that could have cost hundreds of dollars to fix I got a call from Corky he was just a bolt that was cut and they reassembled for about $ 17 Wow, I could easily have been taken for a ride on this one but completely proven their honesty about what was wrong and decency to charge only minimal fees and they discovered a clamp that was not secure on new brake pads that had recently been installed by another store, he was about to leave my brake pad down the guaranteed Wow it too difficult to find guys like that more, these days I certainly understand that every question of compensation was the result, but I guarantee that these guys will be with you directly on the problem, give you the best possible price and make a great fixing work for you again, they gave me a ride home back when he was in the store director Corky's head was one of the kindest people I have met over years, I really appreciate it and so glad I found you guys Thank Autobahn I highly recommend to all my family and friends, or those seeking the perfect repair shop.
I brought a 95 Diesel Merc I just bought at autobahn A friend recommended them because they specialize in importing Bernard was able to successfully solve the front brakes and clean the master cylinder without costing me a pile in parts got a great price on going to the dealership, the service was great and made the same day.
